STORE POLICES

What is your return policy?

There are no returns or exchanges. However our goal is for all of our customers to be happy with their products. If you are having any issues please contact info@beauteanthologie.com for further assistance.

 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your order. All orders are shipped via priority mail and should be received quickly. We apologize for any delays that may occur due to COVID 19.

CLASS POLICIES

What is your refund policy on classes?

There are no refunds on classes or courses. 

SALON POLICIES

What is your policy on arriving to an appointment late?

Clients are allowed a strict 15 min grace period before their appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled. A an appointment cancelled due to tardiness is considered a day of cancellation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients need to cancel their appointment at least 72 hours before their scheduled appointment time to avoid a minimum $25 cancellation fee, day of cancellations will be required to pay for the estimated service in full. All deposits will be forfeited, as deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. This policy gives the salon time to book a replacement so that the cancellation does not negatively impact the stylist. No call no shows must pay the estimated cost of their entire service before booking again. Two no call no shows and the client will not be welcomed back to the salon.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Please call or text (248) 331-2422 to cancel your appointment. 

Do you accept cash?

No, credit or debit card only. 

What is a junior stylist? 

A junior stylist is a stylist that has trained on all Beaute Anthologie hair styling standards, in order to meet client needs. Junior stylist may have slightly longer service times. 

Can I bring my own products to my appointment? 

We exclusively use products provided by the Beaute Anthologie. We will make exceptions for medicated products prescribed by a doctor for a non-contagious hair or scalp condition. 

Is hair provide for extension services?

Yes, hair is included in all service prices with the exception of crochet braids.

Do I need to come with my hair washed?

A shampoo service and express steam treatment is included in all services. If a blow out is needed, that is included as well. 

What is your COVID-19 policy?

The health and safety of our team members and clients are our top priorities. Our salon can promise that if we are in the salon we have no symptoms of illness, and by you being here, you can confirm you have no symptoms, either. Our stations, tools and products have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before you sat down. Our capes and our towels are clean. We will wear a mask for the entire service and ask you to do the same. All salon guest and team members will sanitize their hands before we begin services. 

Do you accept children as clients?

Children 11 years old and up are welcome for hair services in the salon. 

Is Niani accepting new clients?

Niani is not currently accepting new clients. All clients interested in being added to her waitlist, please complete her waitlist form.
